Job summary

Penn Aluminum International LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager in Murphysboro, IL. You will lead the plant maintenance function, owning preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, strong PM/PdM experience, and working knowledge of CMMS, OSHA, and PLC/VFD systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience building PM/PdM programs and driving reliability improvements.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and asset history.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant maintenance function for safe, reliable operation.
• Own preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage maintenance budget, overtime, and contractor spend.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to meet goals.
• Oversee MRO/inventory strategy and spare parts management.
• Lead shutdown/outage planning and post-outage reviews.
• Provide maintainability input for capital projects and new equipment.
