Responsibilities

• Lead a team to safely maintain casting and machining equipment while meeting production, quality, and uptime targets.
• Own the Workplace Safety System for the area and address safety concerns promptly.
• Drive 5S/WPO standards, complete audits, and maintain a clean, organized maintenance environment.
• Own BPD boards and monitor SPQRCE metrics; initiate countermeasures and lead reviews.
• Lead root-cause analysis using PPS data and Maximo to address chronic issues.
