• Lead maintenance team; coordinate downtime with production leads and supervisors.
• Assign tasks and ensure service calls are responded to within 30 minutes.
• Maintain safe work area and ensure proper PPE at all times.
• Manage spare parts inventory and PM program records.
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical/control circuits.
