Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of maintenance training/experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Welding skills are preferred.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and assist the Maintenance Manager.
• Mentor Technicians and improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with Production to meet daily case counts and maintain safety.
• Communicate clearly with hourly workers and management.
