Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year related training/experience in all areas of maintenance.
• Must be able to perform mathematical computations involved in estimating and purchasing.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Welding skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader with an emphasis on people leadership through strong guidance to achieve departmental and customer goals.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with day to day operations, mentor Technicians, and improve reliability of equipment and processes.
• Ensure a safe work environment and a safe workplace.
• Lead maintenance department in the absence of the Maintenance Manager and communicate issues to the Leadership team.
• Collaborate with operators, mechanics, supervisors, and management to promote positive outcomes and resolve conflicts.
