Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to keep the department running efficiently and safely. You will assist production, restore breakdowns quickly, and train team members, with the supervisor stepping in during absences.

candidatos must have strong mechanical experience, welding/plumbing skills, and the ability to operate cutting torches and loaders. Excellent safety and attendance records are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Maintenance training/experience required.
• Minimum of three years mechanical background.
• Knowledge of welding and plumbing.
• Able to operate cutting torch and plasma cutter.
• Able to operate loaders.
• Excellent attendance and safety/work records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the department runs at set efficiency.
• Restore breakdowns in quickest and safest way.
• Assist production in daily operation of the department.
• Proactively meet production needs and train fellow team members/new hires.
• Serve as supervisor in absence and cover responsibilities.
