Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Carrollton, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct maintenance activities on the production floor, manage vendors and technicians, and support plant reliability. You will report to the Shift Maintenance Supervisor and help set departmental priorities.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance, a technical certificate, experience with CMMS, and hands-on skills with metalworking tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools including welding machines, cutting torches, pipe/tube cutters, power drills/saws.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates maintenance activities across vendors and technicians.
• Verify completion of assigned work orders and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead daily shift meetings and provide status updates on breakdowns and repairs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and ensure CMMS data accuracy and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and QA to improve operations and equipment reliability.
