ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead for our Agave House location in Arizona. This full-time, non-exempt role oversees on-site maintenance, schedules, and vendor coordination to keep systems and equipment in good condition.

We offer $27–$30 per hour, 10 holidays + 16 PTO days, health benefits, 401(k) match, and employer-paid insurance. Join us to lead a on-site team and ensure a safe, well-maintained community.

Formación

• Must have 3-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably residential.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must possess appropriate licenses & certifications, e.g. CPO.
• Preferred: bilingual abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide residents with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relations.
• Be a valuable leader in an effective on-site team.
• Plan and schedule work and on-call schedules.
• Oversee and maintain preventive maintenance schedule and complete preventive maintenance.
• Oversee and maintain the repair and replacement of appliances.
• Oversee and maintain maintenance inventory, logs, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and negotiate maintenance contracts for approval and signature.
