Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Escalon, CA to own technical training, defect handling, and 52-week planning with the COE. You will mentor teams, drive PM/AM activities, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, forklift operations, and collaboration with COE on BOM standardization and PM work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical schooling/training preferred.
• Computer skills and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Cover mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance on high-speed packaging machines.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize PM/AM activities.
• Mentor and lead maintenance teams; promote teamwork and growth.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and EHS policies.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and JLG equipment as needed.
