Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair or 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience with high-speed packaging equipment in food or pharma.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with PLCs, welding TIG/STICK, and power/precision tools.
• Able to work in demanding environments and read technical manuals/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, packaging machines, pumps and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic domains; read schematics.

We’re a nationwide food manufacturer looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment—from conveyors and packaging machines to pumps and electrical systems. Job Requirements:

• 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair and 4+ years of multi‑craft industrial maintenance experience — or 7 years relevant experience
• Experience with high-speed food or pharmaceutical packaging equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with PLCs, welding (TIG, Stick), and power/precision tools
• Able to work in demanding environments (noise, heat, cold, heights) and perform physically active tasks
• Comfortable using forklifts, lifts, and reading technical manuals/blueprints
