Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including 480V), hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members to improve skill levels and performance.
• Assist with parts inventory, ordering, and coordination with MRO/Parts departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis efforts.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide leadership during critical situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
