Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve minor issues early.
• Perform building maintenance and repairs such as lighting, plumbing, drywall, and doors.
• Assist with seasonal upkeep including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Move furniture or equipment for events or reconfigurations.
• Document and report facility issues and completed repairs to the Facilities Manager.
• Handle general custodial tasks including cleaning restrooms, kitchens, floors, and windows.
