In Warner Robins, you will guide a maintenance team, coordinate daily tasks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining CMMS accuracy and inventory readiness for rapid repairs and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• 2+ years of leading and mentoring a team of mechanics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with parts inventory, writing work orders, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and promote safety and efficiency.
• Plan and assign daily maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive work.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and update CMMS for work orders and equipment history.
• Source and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Support continuous improvement projects and plant-wide initiatives.
