Job summary

AZEK Exteriors in Aliquippa, PA is seeking a maintenance lead to supervise and perform electrical and industrial maintenance tasks, mentor the team, and ensure safety standards. The role requires a 2-year degree in electrical maintenance or 5 years industrial maintenance experience, familiarity with 5-S, lockout/tagout, and plant equipment.

You will troubleshoot machines, manage spare parts, track inventory, and coordinate with the Sr. Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

2-year degree in electrical maintenance or 5 years in industrial maintenance.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts with overtime when required.
Must understand safety rules and maintenance procedures.
Must be able to lead and direct a maintenance team.
Must be able to communicate with Sr. Maintenance Manager and A+ Maintenance.
Must be familiar with sensors, vacuum pumps, air compressors and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Regular and punctual attendance.
Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Perform all preventive maintenance as trained.
Identify machine issues and report to Shift Supervisor and Sr. Maintenance Manager.
Follow OSHA and Versatex safety guidelines during testing and repair.
Maintain 5S standards in work areas.
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
Train individuals in the maintenance department.
