Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our California distribution facility. The role focuses on scheduling preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment troubleshooting, and instrumentation coordination.

You will manage parts inventory software, place orders for parts, and maintain purchase order records while leading a team to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, English communication, and a valid driver\'s license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electromechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and controls programming (or related area).
• Self-directed, leads projects with team input to implement solutions.
• Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a wide range of preventative maintenance activities at the distribution facility.
• Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation.
• Utilize and maintain parts inventory software; place orders for parts and maintain PO records.
