Job summary

Pratt, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to maintain converting and corrugating equipment and minimize downtime. You will troubleshoot PLCs, adjust drives for optimal performance, and plan maintenance while guiding other maintenance staff.

A high school diploma or GED and own tools are required, with preference for corrugated industry experience. Candidates should read factory masters, perform paperwork accurately, and be willing to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possess Class B qualifications.
• Provide own tools to perform maintenance tasks.
• Prior corrugated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits at all times.
• Demonstrate ability to parallel rolls and set adjustments for optimum performance.
• Troubleshoot programmable controllers and A/C/D/C drives.
