Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain converting and corrugating equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety and production quality. You will troubleshoot PLCs and DC/AC drives, service equipment, and use the maintenance software to log activities.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, provide their own tools, and are preferred if they have corrugated industry experience. Willingness to work all shifts and good housekeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provide own tools necessary to perform maintenance tasks.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits at all times.
• Parallel rolls, adjust settings for optimum equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot programmable controllers and AC/DC drives.
• Use maintenance software to document tasks and status.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and assign work accordingly.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and paperwork is neat.
• Willing to work all necessary hours and shifts.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with company policies.
