Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the 1st shift at its Irvine, CA facility. Core hours are 5:30am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime. Base pay is $40.00 per hour plus a variable incentive program, plus day-one benefits including PTO and insurance options.

Responsibilities include coordinating building and equipment maintenance, scheduling with QAD, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years’ experience maintaining CNC equipment, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Must be a U.S. person and eligible for export-controlled information.
• Residence within 50 miles of Jackson, MS (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute maintenance of building, grounds and equipment to support operations.
• Schedule reactive and preventive maintenance using QAD; review workmanship for quality.
• Lead maintenance staff and drive Eaton safety culture on site.
• Manage CNC and pressure test maintenance programs, calibrations and uptime.
• Oversee capital projects, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance.
