Job summary

Eaton's IS AER FMC division is seeking a Maintenance Lead for 1st shift at our Irvine, CA facility. Core hours are 5:30am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

The role oversees maintenance of building and equipment, scheduling with QAD, and ensuring safety and reliability across operations. Responsibilities include managing CNC and Pressure Test PM programs, leading maintenance staff, and coordinating capital projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC equipment, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical maintenance and repair.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. government export regulations eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute maintenance of building, grounds and equipment at the site.
• Schedule reactive and preventative maintenance activities using QAD.
• Audit and review maintenance work for quality and safety.
• Drive Eaton safety culture within the maintenance department.
• Lead CNC and Pressure Test equipment PM programs and track uptime.
