Legacy on Main I in Mesa, AZ, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead who thrives working independently and takes ownership of the property's upkeep and resident satisfaction. You will oversee daily maintenance at Legacy on Main I and serve as backup for Legacy on Main II, performing preventive repairs, completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of apartment maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, valid

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and general maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all aspects of apartment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents, including turns and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, and locks.
• Maintain the property's curb appeal and common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
