Job summary
Conifer Realty in Egg Harbor City, NJ seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, supervise repairs, and keep affordable housing communities safe and thriving. You will oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready units while coordinating with the Community Manager on budgets and inspections.
The role requires 5+ years in apartment maintenance, HVAC certs, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
- Experience with budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer’s quality and safety standards.
- Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
- Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed.
