We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Lead to oversee the troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of complex manufacturing systems for an industrial facility in Washington, GA. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring high equipment reliability and plant efficiency in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel and daily operations
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and PLC-based systems
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Develop detailed work packages and multi-week maintenance schedules
• Ensure adherence to safety and Lean Manufacturing practices
