Requirements: Experience with turnovers, plumbing, drywall, painting, and hand tools.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Employment Benefits: $300 monthly car allowance, free medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, 80 hours paid vacation, 12 paid holidays, and 80 hours sick pay.

Summary:

Leads and coordinates maintenance staff activities, maintains and repairs physical structures of assigned developments.

Essential Duties:

  • Schedules and trains maintenance staff.
  • Ensures proper training for all staff.
  • Directs painting and structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings.
  • Coordinates weekly scheduling based on maintenance requests from various sites.
  • Ensures availability of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inspects work for quality and compliance with standards.
  • Studies production schedules and estimates worker hours.
