Hourly Pay: $38.79–$44.07

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small but experienced maintenance team, documentation, vendor coordination, and planning.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on CNC machines and support equipment.
• Manage and support the use of our CMMS for tracking work orders and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and internal departments to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Assist with rigging and relocating equipment as needed across the plant.
• Support welding and light fabrication work (MIG and TIG)
• Act as a go-to resource for first-shift technicians and assist with onboarding or coaching when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, including experience in a leadership or senior tech role
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, especially with hydraulic systems (valves, pumps, cylinders)
• Familiarity with CNC machines, HVAC systems, and facility support equipment
• Basic experience with fluid power; formal certification is a plus, but practical application is most important
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning CMMS tools
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, lifts, and rigging equipment
• Welding skills (MIG required, TIG and aluminum a bonus)
• Collaborative mindset, reliable communication, and strong accountability
