At a Glance:
Position: Manufacturing Maintenance Lead Pay: $38.79-$44.07/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (occasional overtime) Benefits: ESOP, healthcare, profit-sharing, paid time off, and more (see below for details).
About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven hands-on Manufacturing Maintenance Lead with strong expertise in hydraulics and mechanical systems to assist and support the Maintenance Facilitator in leading the maintenance team and coordinating key departmental projects.

This role demands a proven leader with solid technical knowledge, particularly in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic systems, along with a commitment to hands-on involvement in daily operations. You'll work closely with production and management teams to eliminate recurring equipment issues and maximize uptime.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction and leadership to the maintenance team in coordination with the Maintenance Facilitator Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment. Take the lead on hydraulic system maintenance, including cylinder repair/replacement, valve diagnostics, pump troubleshooting, and fluid control systems. Execute hands-on maintenance projects involving CNC machinery, HVAC, and facility systems. Develop, document, and implement SOPs to standardize maintenance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Perform welding and steel fabrication (cutting, bending, MIG/TIG welding). Safely rig, lift, and relocate heavy machinery and equipment. Track work orders and manage tasks using CMMS software. Maintain accurate records and manage parts inventory. Operate forklifts, personnel lifts, and other material handling equipment.
What You Will Bring:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a maintenance leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Skills:
Strong hands-on hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience is essential. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems and equipment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams and technical manuals. Skilled in fabrication and precision repairs. Effective leadership and clear communication. Advanced troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Ability to develop SOPs and train team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software. Strong initiative, teamwork orientation, and reliable attendance.
