Job summary

Synerfac Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise and develop a maintenance team in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring reliable facility and production systems to support safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, overseeing PMs, identifying recurring failures, and coordinating maintenance projects to minimize downtime and optimize labor and resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Preventive maintenance knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead will need to have maintenance experience with supervisory skills, in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in overseeing maintenance personnel, coordinating preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the reliability of facility systems and production equipment to support safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and manage maintenance mechanics and technicians, including scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee preventive maintenance, building repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and production equipment
• Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Coordinate maintenance projects, prioritize repairs, and manage labor and resources effectively

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment maintenance
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 4:30pm
