The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Payrate

$26.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred
• One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
• Handle a heavy workload of calls
• Inform customers when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
• Manage workload and job scheduling
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Obtain customer signatures on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
• Keep the manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to clients, customers, and team
• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the company
• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
