Crestview Aerospace, located in Crestview, Florida, seeks an experienced Maintenance Lead to manage daily activities of the maintenance team. This role involves leading work orders, providing technical guidance, and ensuring equipment reliability for production needs.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Certifications in relevant disciplines are preferred.
Crestview Aerospace is a manufacturing organization working closely with large aircraft and weapon systems OEMs such as Boeing Defense, Bell, RTX/Collins Aerospace, Northrop Grumman, and several others to deliver complex design‑to‑build and build‑to‑print assemblies. Crestview Aerospace operates from two manufacturing sites—St. Louis, Missouri and Crestview, FL—and employs approximately 300 professionals.
Manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach, have close visual acuity for computer terminal use, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects and parts, and/or operation of machines and assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must communicate effectively and maneuver up to 20 pounds. Substantial wrist, hand, and finger movements may be required.
