When you come to work, you'll:

• Initiate maintenance and safety programs for various facility equipment
• Be responsible for preventative maintenance of machinery, including HVAC
• Oversee the cleanliness of gyms, managed by janitorial staff
• Stay compliant with and be aware of changes from regulatory agencies like OSHA
• Demonstrate awareness of emergency procedures
• Manage all aspects of the building, exterior grounds, equipment, and inventory
• Process and oversee deliveries
• Manage maintenance and janitorial staff, including housekeeping
• Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma (Trade School or college experience preferred)
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex plans and layouts
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple variables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to management, clients, and the public
• Bilingual proficiency

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, maintain a professional demeanor, communicate clearly, and wear a clean uniform.
