Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Maintenance Lead-EPS to repair machinery across the plant and to manage work orders, with a 40-hour week and a varied shift schedule.

The role covers preventive maintenance, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards, plus training of technicians and collaboration with vendors/engineers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial plant maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and COS.
• Strong administrative skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed and assess malfunction impacts.
• Perform preventive maintenance per the scheduled plan.
• Administer work orders, summarize data, and process procurement requests.
• Keep MDI Board current and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, Carlisle, and departmental policies and standards (PSM, COS).
• Provide training to Maintenance technicians I–III as needed.
• Communicate machine issues clearly to vendors/engineers to resolve problems.
• Audit preventive maintenance procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing repairs on all machinery and equipment throughout the plant and is also accountable for minor administrative functions, including assigning work orders and work order time recording. Expected hours of work 40 hours a week with a varied shift schedule, 10 hours shifts with occasional overtime and weekend hours. No travel required.: 40 hours a week with a varied shift schedule, 8 to 10-hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment- evaluate equipment operation and perform necessary action when malfunction occurs, or improvements are needed.

Performs preventive maintenance activities as dictated by work schedule.

Administration-distribute work orders, process/ summarize work order data, initiate purchase requisitions, utilize equipment and process documentation.

Keep MDI Board current and up to date.

Comply and participate regulatory, Carlisle, And departmental policies, procedures, and standardl (PSM, safety protocols, COS)

Provide training to Maintenance technicians I & II & III as needed.

Articulate to vendors/engineer’s machine issue to resolve technical issues.

Handle and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
