Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Laborer in Richmond, VA to support the maintenance department and ensure equipment reliability. You will participate in maintenance activities, respond to repairs, and help develop plans for new production lines.

The position requires a high school diploma, safety-mindedness, good teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Compensation is $25.00 per hour with both first and second shifts and a benefits package after the waiting period.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to join their team. As a Maintenance Laborer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational efficiency and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Laborer

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: 1st shift - 6am-6pm Sun-Wed/Sun-Tues alternating. 2nd shift 6pm-6am Wed-Sat/Thur-Sat alternating
