Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman Level 3 for the Pensacola Mill in Cantonment, FL. The role involves working on mechanical maintenance across mill operations, with options for day shifts or 4-day 12-hour shifts, including rotating schedules and overtime as required.

Responsibilities include installation, alignment, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery, belts, pumps, and piping systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in any two of: Millwright, Machinist, Welding, or Pipefitting.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and hazardous industrial conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install machine and equipment according to plan and blueprints.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks, and alignment tools.
• Repair and lubricate machine and equipment; troubleshoot reliability issues.
• Support millwright, machinist, welder, and pipefitter duties as needed.
