Job summary

StoragePRO Inc. is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial professional for our San Jose facility. You will perform plumbing and general building repairs, prioritize and plan multiple projects, and maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have some computer literacy, customer service skills, the ability to resolve customer issues, and the stamina to walk the large facility. A California driver license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance/janitorial experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• California driver license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

• Perform plumbing and general building repairs.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Maintenance/Janitorial - Hiring immediately.

Location: San Jose, CA

This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience to be considered.

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, as well as maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.
