Job summary

Qualifications

• CMMS software familiarity is required.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment and crane parts desired.
• Valid Driver License preferred.
• TWIC or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Implement supply chain strategies to reduce cost and lead times using risk analysis.
• Experience with loaders, heavy equipment, crane assets, conveyor assets, and general facilities assets.
• Order and receive parts.
• Maintain inventory records using SAP and E-maintenance.
• Assign and maintain part numbers following a predetermined format.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, parts, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on supplier lead times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The role supports maintenance operations by managing parts procurement, tracking inventory in SAP/E Maintenance, and assigning part numbers consistently. It requires hands on familiarity with heavy equipment, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools, and an understanding of lead times and predictive maintenance. Qualifications

• Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience with SAP and or CMMS preferred
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and crane parts
• Valid Driver License preferred
• Valid TWIC- Transportation Worker Identification Credential or the ability to obtain and maintain one
