Job summary

Watco Dock & Rail, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Specialist in Houston, TX to manage parts procurement and inventory in SAP/E-Maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience with CMMS tools, lead-time concepts, and predictive maintenance knowledge.

You will work with heavy equipment and crane assets and participate in cost-reduction initiatives. The position emphasizes accurate part numbering, inventory control, and timely order processing, with on-site responsibilities at our

Qualifications

Familiar with CMMS software.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
3-5 years of SAP/CMMS experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of heavy equipment and crane parts.
Valid Driver License preferred.
Valid TWIC or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Implement supply chain strategies for cost and lead time using risk analysis.
Experience with loaders, heavy equipment, crane assets, conveyor assets and general facilities assets.
Order and receive parts.
Maintain inventory records using SAP and E-maintenance.
Assign and maintain part numbers following a predetermined format.
Use CMMS to track work orders, parts, and maintenance activities.
Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on supplier lead times.
Other duties as assigned.
