Job summary

Victaulic in Easton, PA seeks a Maintenance Inventory Administrator on 2nd and 3rd shifts to keep our foundry stocked with maintenance parts and supplies. You will manage storerooms, track inventory, and coordinate orders to support safe, continuous operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience with inventory systems (preferably in the Maintenance area).
• Good organizational skills a must.
• Must be willing to work weekends, extended hours, or other shifts as necessary.
• Must maintain a professional appearance/demeanor.
• Must have basic computer skills (two years’ experience preferred).
• Must maintain good performance and attendance records.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work with a variety of different people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize maintenance and production inventory, supplies, and materials to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow safety rules and maintain safe working conditions per OSHA standards.
• Manage storeroom inventories; receive all supplies and maintenance parts; order necessary items.
• Maintain parts/supplies using physical and database inventories.
• Order, receive, and store maintenance and production supplies and parts.
• Monitor usage to maintain adequate inventories and minimize waste.
• Alert when inventory usage exceeds normal.
• Keep storeroom neat and clean per the “like or better than new” standard.
• Benchmark vendors and parts to implement best practices.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to distribute parts/supplies effectively.
