Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Inventory Coordinator based at Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone. The role supports the Maintenance Team with service requests, inventory control, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

The position is full-time, year-round with a pay range of $18.25–$20.75 per hour and a typical 40-hour week, with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process service requests, work orders, and purchase requisitions using CMMS (Maximo).
• Maintain accurate inventory of repair parts and supplies.
• Conduct periodic inventories and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with R&M Warehouse to manage incoming inventory and reduce backstock.
• Apply knowledge of asset management and mechanical systems (boilers, kitchen equipment, HVAC).
• Ensure accurate labor and material documentation.
