Job summary

Sunberry Paw Paw Beverages Limited LLC is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to support the Maintenance Department. You will manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies, ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient operations in the stockroom.

The role requires experience with inventory systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred, and experience in an industrial environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in stockroom or inventory management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and parts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate inventory management software or similar systems.
• Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of maintenance materials and tools.
• Receive deliveries and log, label, and store items properly.
• Issue materials to maintenance staff based on work orders; track usage.
• Keep stockroom organized, safe, and accessible.
• Proactively order replacement parts and tools as needed.
• Maintain records of stock movement and purchase orders.
• Follow safety guidelines for inventory handling.
• Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to ensure timely delivery of materials.
