Job summary

Staffmark Group in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Clerk to manage inventories in the maintenance storeroom, order and stock parts, and keep precise records to support production. You will perform cycle counts, track levels, and use inventory software to document transactions, ensuring accurate counts and timely replenishment.

This hands-on role requires 1-2 years in inventory control, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Inventory Clerk.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable working in production environments with exposure to noise.
• Ability to work in -temperature areas below 40F.
• Ability to safely use ladders and access storage locations as needed.
• Operating in cold room environments is frequent.
