The intern will engage in tool crib implementation, parts entry and quoting in the inventory system, and organizing incoming parts while assisting the Maintenance Planner with routine clerical tasks. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage our Tool Crib Implementation.
• Enter and quote parts into our inventory management system.
• Store and organize incoming parts.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties to assist the Maintenance Planner and maintain department efficiency.
• Promote Our Philosophy within the team.
• Maintain records and compile information for Manager's use.
• Respond to inquiries and provide direction.
