Physical and Environmental Requirements
This position requires moderate physical activity, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, heights, confined spaces, electrical systems, machinery, and other environmental hazards commonly associated with facility maintenance work.
