Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance I to join our team, specifically focused on working with seniors. Previous experience in maintenance is mandatory. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance the value of the apartment community in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

With almost 20 years of development experience and over 1,700 residential units developed to date, Providence has taken over the property management functions of Christopher Homes, Inc. and is proud to add their 60‑year history of excellence to our team managing over 2,400 senior affordable apartments. Typical Day

A typical day in the life of a Maintenance I working with seniors involves overseeing both resident apartments and property maintenance needs. Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact on both residents and staff, creating a safe, welcoming environment for seniors to call home.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional on‑call responsibilities for emergencies. While most of your workdays will be during regular business hours, there may be times when you need to respond to urgent situations outside of these hours to ensure the safety and well‑being of our residents. Flexibility and responsiveness are key to this role.
