Job summary

Pilgrim's in Guntersville, AL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, machinery and components. You will identify parts needing replacement and interpret drawings to adjust or repair equipment.

Responsibilities include responding to production requests, diagnosing problems with management and personnel, performing preventive maintenance and completing tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and proper use of time and resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred.
• 1–2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Basic math and measurement skills (standard and metric).
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including some weekends.

• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
