THREADED FASTENERS INC in Indiana seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to oversee the performance and maintenance of large production machinery. The role involves preventive maintenance, routine servicing, part replacement, and coordinating with managers to schedule upkeep.
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, electrical certification, basic hydraulic knowledge, and 4–5 years in maintenance. Work is in a manufacturing setting with potential travel and collaboration on product modifications.
The Maintenance Mechanic will oversee the performance and maintenance of large production machinery.

This position works in a manufacturing setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, as well as standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand tools, electric tools, and trucks. This position works both inside and outside the plant as required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and stoop or kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime required as dictated by the workload.
Some travel may be required.
