Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to perform minor repairs across facilities and to maintain essential systems, including HVAC filtration and general upkeep. The role also involves stocking supplies and potentially stepping in for the Maintenance supervisor when needed.

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
• Change filters on HVAC equipment
• Carry, lift and stock supplies
• Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence
