Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site repairs and upkeep at a long-term care facility in Shepherdstown, WV. You will handle repairs to structural and equipment components and support the maintenance supervisor in their absence.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent with basic wiring, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge. The role offers diverse responsibilities and benefits in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Changes filters on HVAC equipment
• Carries, lifts and stocks supplies
• Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence
