Nextaff is hiring a Maintenance Helper to assist maintenance technicians with equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep in an industrial setting.

This full-time, hourly role requires basic mechanical or electrical experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to work in hot, noisy environments. You’ll support machine repairs, basic electrical tasks, and keep the facility safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with machine or building maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in hot, dirty, and noisy industrial environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
