The role emphasizes driving accountability, collaborating with teams, and implementing safety practices. You will manage multiple tasks, run tests, and help prioritize critical jobs to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate a high analytical ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, email, typing).
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends to meet production demands.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond promptly to the manufacturing daily plan and adjust operations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
