• Basic computer skills (Word, email) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Analyze daily manufacturing plans and adjust operations as needed.
• Drive accountability through people and processes and address performance concerns.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
