Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. in Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant to support Penn Hills and Monroeville areas. You will provide building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to keep facilities clean and safe.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off. Candidates should have basic maintenance skills; a valid PA driver’s license is required. Lifesteps offers strong benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of building and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping to keep facilities clean and in working condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Support Leas Lifesteps properties in the Penn Hills and Monroeville area as scheduled, Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
• Ability to read and write
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
